You are what you’re called...
The name of the Triangle Region’s Knowledge Park was chosen very consciously. It is about knowledge, knowledge sharing and having a place to nurture it.

The Knowledge Park is part of the independent institution the Triangle Region’s Knowledge Park, a result of Fredericia Municipality’s major business development initiative.

Experience shows that the success rate of businesses improves when they develop together with equals and focus on what is important, namely development, sales and earnings.

Advice
Via the management and its network, the Knowledge Park can offer a range of advice, such as:

The reception
The reception ensures that your company makes a good impression already on the telephone. You can therefore confidently go to a meeting or shut yourself in your office in order to meet a deadline. The reception ensures that all your calls are answered, and that your clients have a good experience – every time.

Canteen
Tenants have access to a canteen, where they can eat lunch and at the same time get to know each other. This is an opportunity for informal socialising, and for making new contacts.

What we can offer...
The Knowledge Park offers the perfect framework for companies that wish to establish themselves and start their core activities quickly.

Office designs
All the offices are designed to allow tenants to establish local networks. Many of the offices are equipped with the furniture that various parties have donated to us.

Other facilities
We also offer a number of other facilities, such as catering, meeting rooms, cleaning and telephone services.

The meeting facilities include the ‘War Room’, Scandinavia’s most advanced meeting room.

A canteen and auditorium have been built in connection with the building, to which the tenants of the Knowledge Park and their guests have access.

Common areas
You can have a rest in the common areas, or chat with the other residents of the Knowledge Park. Here the day’s newspapers are available, so you can keep up to date.

Your company must be:
Growth-oriented
Innovative or have a certain news value (technology, market, use)
Interested in taking advantage of offers from education and knowledge environments
Prepared to use the common facilities

Practical information concerning the tenancy
Both parties can terminate the tenancy with six months’ notice. Tenants must pay three months’ rent as a deposit at the occupancy. When the tenancy ends, we will actively assist you in finding a new place to live. This also applies if you are forced to move out prematurely due to expansion.
